4hi leveling machine is widely used in leveling steel sheet, remove bending stress in sheet body and make sheet flat. Flatness is the critical parameter of leveled sheets, 4hi sheet metal leveler machine can give 1-2mm/m2 flatness, satisfy most flat sheets applications.

4hi leveling machines has two layers work rollers and two layers backup rolls, the backup rolls support the work rolls in several groups, usually 1000mm work rolls are supported by two rows backup rolls, 2000mm work rolls are supported by four rows backup rolls, this ensure the work rolls to keep straightness and rigidity, good for leveling flatness performance.

15 Leveling rollers(7 up rollers and 8 down rollers) are driven by motor and reducer through distribution gearbox and universal

joints.

Both the up rollers and down rollers of Metal Leveling machines are supported by support rollers and brackets, with adjustable support tightened force.

The angle and press-down extent of up rollers can be adjusted according to leveling thickness; Two adjusting styles: electric rough adjustment and manual fine adjusting.
