6Hi Straightener Machine

Our 6Hi straightener machine has 2layers work rolls, 2 layers middle backup rolls and 2layers backup roll brackets, this ensure the work roll anti-bending stiffness and thus the sheet flatness uniform. Moreover, the backup force adjusting is servo memory control, The contact between backup roller seats and upper & lower beams is spherical surface contact , when the backup rollers are being adjusted, the position can be freely corrected to ensure line contact between backup rollers and middle rollers,good for protecting work rollers.

Straightening machine is popular in metal sheet flattening to remove internal stress for later laser cutting, punching, bending, etc applications. Different structure straighteners are available in production, with the same working principle that press the metal sheet by multi-pass rolls to bend sheet more to less until it's flat.

6hI leveler in cut to length line locates before the cutting machine, very often the cutting is rotary fly shear, the leveler can cooperate with the shear well in automatic PLC control system.
