We make heavy gauge HR black steel coil cut to length lines for customers in China, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Nigeria, Jordan, Russia, etc. The black steel coils of heavy gauge require heavy duty machines of strong structures although not require so high precision in machine making. The heavy gauge HR cut to length have the following characters.
Product Characters
Precision leveler is 11 rolls (5 over 6) 4Hi structure, with strong motor, reducer and distribution gearbox drive.
Encoder installed on leveler beam press on sheet surface by air cylinder measures sheet length
Hydraulic shear is guillotine, blade gap is automatically adjusted by motor.
Auto stacker receives sheet, push neatly until reaching set number of a pile, then backward move out on roll table.
Operator panel controls the line working automatically by PLC, monitors each unit working on screens.
The cut to length is customized, can design some special characters as per customer.
