Description

The stainless steel sheet rotary shear cut to length line has edge trimming function, here focus on describing the edge trimmer, leaving other parts to introduce in other relative products.

1. One pit loop before and one pit loop after edge trimmer, to guarantee edge trimming well and synchronizing with other parts of the line.

2. One central guide to guide steel sheet into edge trimmer on centerline.

3. Double shafts disc slitter: Automatic fly cutting to length Line is composed of fixed stand, movable stand, double shafts. Movable stand moves on rails of base for knife tooling change. The upper shaft moves up down by AC motor, worm gear and rod, the knife overlap between upper knives and lower knives are finely adjusted by hand.

Drive is DC/AC motor, speed reducer and hard teeth face gearbox.
