Product Description
1. Coil storing saddle: Put coil ready on the saddle, coil car (trolley) can come under the coil and lift it up, this reduces crane working time and avoid steel coil from being damaged if crane directly put coil on coil car.
2. Coil loading car: Pit type, load coil onto uncoiler mandrel, welded steel plates structure, four walking wheels driven by motor and chains, up-down moving by hydraulic cylinder guided by four pillars.
3. Single mandrel uncoiler: Hydraulic expansion mandrel proper for 508mm, and can install additional segments or rubber sleeve to uncoil bigger ID coils. The load on mandrel varies with different dimensions coils. Support arm is available to support shaft end, uncoiler base is movable to adjust center line easily
4. Gear transmission back tension: 30KW AC or DC motor and Gearbox transmission to provide uncoiling tension to help stable uncoiling without deviation.
5. Coil head traction press arm, peeler shoveling plate: Cooperate with each other to open coill head and send into pinch feeding rolls.
6. Pinch feeder and 21rolls 6hi leveler: As the core equipment of the cut to length line, the 6hi leveler has 10 over 11 leveling rollers, with two layers middle rolls and two layers backup rolls brackets to ensure the leveling stiffness and flatness, upper rollers press down by cycloid motor & worm rod, drive part is motor, reducer, distribution gearbox and drive shafts, the bearings lubrication is concentrated by manual pump and oil distributor.
