Product Description
1. Coil loading: Coil loading car takes steel coil from coil preparing saddle and sends to Single Mandrel uncoiler, the mandrel is hydraulic expansion with back tension mechanism.
2. Coil head opening: Press roller on uncoiler press on coil top to hold the coil not to loose, coil head peeling blade inserts to coil head, coil head straightening roll press down to let coil head go straightly forward into pinch rollers.
3. Pinch feeder and 15 rolls leveler: As the core equipment of the cut to length line, the 4hi leveler has 7 over 8 leveling rollers, with two layers backup rolls brackets to ensure the leveling stiffness and flatness, upper rollers press down by cycloid motor & worm rod, drive part is motor, reducer, distribution gearbox and drive shafts, the bearings lubrication is concentrated by manual pump and oil distributor.
4. Pit Loop: The leveler continuously work and sends steel strip into the pit to support the later servo feeding and fast stop cutting, this way, no leveling roll mark on the strip.
5. 2+2 Servo Pinch Feeder: To measure steel plate length and feedback to PLC to control the shearing, PU coated upper rolls increase friction to ensure precise length feeding.
