Introduction
Jinye Complete Equipment is professionally developed Heavy Duty Cut to Length Line levels and cuts steel coil plate of thick gauge metal plate, high strength metal plate. Usually thick gauge plates lengths are longer (2m to 12m, mostly over 6 meters), but when the cutting length is short (below 2m), fly shear cutting is more suitable.

Product Advantages
1/ Leveler continuously straighten metal sheet with no need of clutch.

Product Characters
1. Twice leveling: Pre leveling and fine leveling to give perfect flatness.
2. The drive of main levelers can be AC drive or DC drive, the whole line working continuously.
3. Fly synchro cutting: Servo control, helix screw rod or gear rack for to-and-fro traveling on linear guide rail and hydraulic cutting
4. For HRC plate, cut plate can be sent out with no need of plate receiving arms.
5. For SUS, GI plates, the plate receiving arms, hydraulic lifting table and output car can receive, pile up and output cut plates neatly without scratches.
6. The whole cut to length can work continuously, durably and stably for tens of hours.
Our Advantage
Flying shear accelerates and synchronizes to strip speed to cut material without stopping material feed. This allows for processing an entire coil of strip without accumulating the downtime necessary for shear cycles. This way, the cutting frequency is higher and more flat plates can be made within the same period.
