Product Advantage
High speed cut to length lines cut light gauge (below 3mm), medium gauge (below 8mm) at speed of up to 60m/min, the sheets of light gauge and medium gauge are normal carbon steel sheets, meanwhile the high speed cutting lines suitable for stainless steel sheets cutting below 6mm.

2. The leveler is the core equipment, its making is high precision, the leveler can be 2hi, 4hi, 6hi as per the metal sheet materials, the number of leveling rolls can be 21pcs, 19pcs, 17pcs, 15pcs, 13pcs, etc. to ensure the output sheet flatness with internal stress released.
3. The shear after leveling is high efficiency and high precision, shear type can be pneumatic stop cutting, servo stop cutting, rotary fly cutting, servo track hydraulic cutting, hydraulic stop cutting as per metal sheet thickness, strength and cutting frequency.
4. Sheets stacking is automatic after cutting, different structures of stacking system for different sheet surfaces and stacking frequency, generally speaking, portal frame type, bomb hatch type, simple pusher type and the types of combining the three types.
5. The control system is intelligent, on touch screen set production parameters and watch the machine running parameters, Siemens PLC automatically control the whole line working, remote control is available for loading and unloading, the line's working is under the monitor of some cameras and shown on the monitor screens.
