The structure and principle of the decoiler

(1) Structure and working principle: The uncoiler usually consists of a coil rack, coil conveying system, unwinding device and tension control device. The roll rack is used to support the roll material, the conveying system is used to feed the roll material into the unfolding device, the unfolding device unfolds the roll material through different mechanical means, and the tension control device is used to control the tension of the roll material.

(2) Unfolding method: The decoiler can adopt different unwinding methods, including mechanical unwinding, pneumatic unwinding and hydraulic unwinding. Mechanical unwinding usually uses mechanical devices such as rollers or blades to unroll the web. Pneumatic unwinding uses air pressure to unroll the web. Hydraulic unwinding uses a hydraulic system to unroll the web.

(3) Tension control: During the unfolding process, maintaining appropriate tension is very important for the smooth unfolding of the roll material. Uncoilers are usually equipped with a tension control device that can adjust the tension of the roll material to maintain its stability during the unwinding process.
